Moments are considered short periods. It’s amazing how many people you hear say, “I don’t get time to read good books,” “I’m too busy to hang out with friends,” or “I’m too busy to go to the Gym.” Why is this?
Is our life so hectic that we don’t have time to do the things we love? We’re so busy we can’t even find the time to calm down when we need it.
Here are three quick tips to help you find peace.
Just…Stop
Stop what you are doing for a minute and open your eyelids. Look around you. Look to the left, then the right. Look up at the sky, then down at the earth. Focus your eyes on the center.
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly. Listen to each inhale and every exhale.
Close Your Eyes
You are at peace. You are at peace.
Exhale to release any negative thoughts or moments that cause you anxiety. Allow the negative energy from your soles to your crown to rise with each inhale. Then exhale it and let go.
This seemingly simple act will help you to bring peace into your heart.
Practice Gratitude
Gratitude can be expressed as an expression of appreciation. You should appreciate the peace that you have just created. It may have only been a few seconds, but it is a significant moment that has left you with a clearer mind.
You may never have imagined the benefits of taking a moment to find calm. You will be happier, less stressed, and smile more. Your soul will be filled with patience and positive energy. You will find peace if you close your eyes, stop, and express gratitude.
You may find you have time to do the things that make you happy.
