One must have their breakfast, lunch dinner and all mid meals on proper time. Skipping your meal is not a wise idea. It has adverse affect on human health. Sleeping late in night is counted as unhealthy life style. Avoid partying often. In one word, live a healthy life, which is suggested by the great health freak or your trainer.
